Object Description
Hat. A "kat" traditionally worn by Korean noblemen of old. Black, woven mesh of bamboo fiber and horse hair. Wide brim top hat that sits on a seperate bell-shaped cap. Red trim and ornate applique visible only on inside. Two long black tie strings. A work of art by the human culture asset named Yoongong Park. White wood box with lid and brown string. See X-file #51-5. Measurements for cap: diameter 25 cm, height 15.8 cm; box: length and width: 45.6 cm, height: 20.5 cm; other measurements in record are for hat.
