Written on board: "Delaware / Photos by I. McGee Esq. U.S. Geological Survey showing crystalline outcrop in Hickman Mill Road. Head Waters of Naaman's Creek. This outcrop is similar to that which formed the rock shelter near Carpenter Station 1/2 mile distant."
