Written on board: "Maine. / Fish-trap. length about 3 feet. Now in museum at state house, Augusta, ME. Photos gift of Dept. of Inland Fisheries and Game. Seized by game warden on stream in Plantation #21 Washington Co., near Princeton, ME. Made by a Polish immigrant. See letter of Aug. 6. etc., 1925, under Inland Fisheries and Game."
