Descriptions
Object Description
Twined cylindrical lidded basket of spruce root with "false embroidery" decorations. Natural brown background with main design consisting of two encircling stepped bands of dark brown and blond outlined on top and bottom with orange. Matching lid has lips which fit over edges of basket with knob in center similar to rattle topped baskets, but without filling. Pattern of decorations on lid same as on body of basket.
