Pipe bag, possibly Plains. Lazystitch beadwork up sides and at neck. 2 panels of beads above fringe, different design on each side. Top portion of fringe wrapped w/quills. At bottom of quills each fringe is separated by beads. Loose fringe attached to rawhide. 123.5x15.7 cm.
