Descriptions
Object Description Single immature golden eagle feather inserted into the socket of an incised and painted bone tube. Three lengths of white and red silk ribbon are attached along the vane of the feather. Feathers were so mounted for attachment to an elk antler spreader, which held open a "roach" headdress, made of erect porcupine and deer hair.
