Object Description
Catlinite pipe composed of three elements: wooden mouthpiece (3.03 cm. -length); wooden stem (25.7 cm length) with a decoration which was probably impressed with a metal object; and both stem (26.4 cm. length) and pipe bowl of catlinite (10 cm. depth). The bowl is decorated with horizontal bands inlaid with metal. 55.4 cm. overall length; 3.06-3.08 cm. overall width of bowl.
