Object Description
Textile fragment of 2-1 plainweave white cotton with two spaced rows of diamonds in brown, white and blue(?) cottons woven with discontinuous supplementary weft floats. An additonal float yarn has completely disintegrated. Zigzag bands of brown and tan continuous supplementary-weft weft weave at bottom, and beyond that a shortwarp-loop fringe. Two similar cloths seamed together lengthwisewith overcast stitch. Warp: white cotton, (s-pairs), 10 ppcm. Weft: (s), 8 epcm.
