Object Description
Textile portion; top layer 2-1 plainweave with beige, brown, dark brown (disintegrated) and blue warp stripes (s-pairs). Many plied weft fringes (3 cm., length) of white, tan, brown cotton stitched diagonally across piece. Layer of unspun cotton enclosed between cloth just as described and a second cloth of plainweave brown cotton; the two cloths stitched together along selvages. Warp heading has four doubled wefts. One warp, two weft selvages. Weft: brown cotton, (s).
