Object Description
Conical headdress found inside out; foundation, stiff knotted net of vegetal fiber is on outside, with brown fiber pile facing in. Inside, long brown feathers are attached around the small opening at the top and hang out the wide end of the cone. At the back of the headdress, rectangular flap of 2-1 cotton plainweave (40 x 16 cm.), originally covered with green and yellow feathers, glued on. Narrow flap hangs at each side, also covered with feathers.
