Object Description Textile portion; row of squares containing repeats of double-headed serpent motif done in combinations of purple/red, blue/purple, dark blue/purple, gold/purple camelid (z-2s). Complementary weft floats; reversible weave. Above and below, weft-faced plainweave with red camelid weft (z, 64 epcm.) on paired brown cotton warps (2z-2s, 7 ppcm.). One warp end cut and overcast with red camelid. One weft selvage.
