Object Description Fragment of tan and brown compound cloth with geometric and cat designs; striped inserted as a stripe in a plain weave cotton textile: Textile fragment; central strip (15 cm., width) has tight serrated diagonal and wave design done in brown and beige cotton warp float weave (z-2s, 22 epcm.). Warp color alternates and 1- and 3-span floats in Horizontal alignment. Along each side is stitched a warp-faced 1-1 plainweave white cotton (z-2s). One warp, two weft selvages. Weft: beige cotton, (z-2s), 9 epcm.
