Object Description Textile; blocks of white cotton plainweave alternate, checkerboard fashion, with blocks of complementary weft float weave. Zigzag bands with hooks and feline faces are woven in tan and brown cotton wefts (z-2s) on paired warps. Composed of three separately woven strips seamed together along sides. Weft selvages. Warp: white cotton, (z-2s), 20 epcm. Weft: white cotton, (z-2s), 14 epcm.
