Descriptions
Object Description Long ivory pin - The pin is carved from a single piece of ivory. It has a decorative base with the pin becoming gradually thinner from the bottom to the tip. The surface (of both sides of the base) has been decorated with small circular indentations filled with pigment. They outline the circle, the edges of the diamonds and the inner circles. The Peabody number is written on the side of the pin down by the base.
