Object Description
Men's head ornament, black swatch of wilde beast (gnu) hair with cowrie shell and glass beads. Gnu hair bundle is wrapped at the base with leather thong in basket weave. The cowrie shell is held to the center with leather thong and piece of wood. Selected hair fibers are decorated with glass beads of blue, white, red. Men's head ornament - black switch of gnu hair with shell and glass beads ("njule")
