Display Title Silver and coral ranger belt set, on leather belt

Object Description Ranger belt set with channel worked inlaid coral and delicate silver treatment around edges of all pieces. Set consists of belt buckle, two loops, and a pointed tab at the end, mounted on a plain leather belt. Engraved "C&E. COOCHE Zuni NEW MEXICO" on reverse, the hallmark of Celestine and Elizabeth Cooche. Belt plus buckle max. dimensions: 118 cm long x 4.1 cm high x 2.5 cm deep. Hallmark identified in: Bell, Ed and Barbara. Zuni:The Art and the People, vol 3, 1977. Page 78.
