Object Description
1 fragmented brick in two pieces (together they measure 37 cm. long by 18 cm. wide). Perforation at one end to accomodate a small silk wrapped scroll on which were written buddhist prayers. No such scroll accompanied the brick. Collected from the ruins of Thunder Peak Pagoda, Hangchow, when the edifice collapsed in 1924.1 fragmented brick in two pieces (together they measure 37 cm. long by 18 cm. wide).
