Object Description Shroud made of 4-selvaged, warp-striped painted panels, (w: 37-42 cm.) seamed along side selvages w/zigzag stitch of white cotton. Outer edges finished attached fringed border white cotton plied yarns. Striped panels 2-1 & 1-1 loosely woven plainweave, blue, white, & tan warp stripes. Panels coarse 2-1 plainweave white cotton painted w/dark brown pigment. At top & bottom horiz. band w/Chimu style feather fans(?). Rest divided 3 lg. squares w/check or spiral. Warp & weft: s-spun.
