Object Description
Shroud, plus fragments, in tan, red-brown, and 2 shades of blue warp-striped 1-1 plainweave. More than one panel width sewn together (1 warp, 2 or more weft selvages). Warp selvage has overcast stitch and has vegetal twine (z-2s) along selvage and other areas of cloth--probably used to stitch the wrapping on the mummy. Warp: cotton. Weft: cotton; vegetal, (z-2s).
