Object Description
Border of 1-1 plainweave brown cotton with a border of weft faced plainweave in red and yellow camelid and weft-faced floatweave in yellow and black camelid. Design: diagonal rows of birds and waves, done with weft substitution. Along edge is stitched a separately woven band (1 cm. wide) of weft-faced plainweave in gold camelid on cotton warps. One warp selvage. Warp: cotton, (z-2s). Weft: camelid, (z-2s).
