Object Description Written on board: "Harrison County, Texas. 34-119. / H. R. Taylor farm. / The bowl bears 4 nodes, and badly weathered incised lines. But the unusual feature of the vessel is the excessive amount of shell tempering material it contains. Apparently this was intentional, with the idea that the shell showing in the clay would act as added embellishment. / Height 3 3/4"; diameter 6 3/4". / Gift of J. E. Pearce, Chairman of Department of Anthropology, University of Texas."
