Written on board: "Williamson County, Texas. 34-119. / C. A. Mather Collection. From Leonard Brown farm, 7 mi. N. of Liberty Hill. / This type of flint knife with corner tang is occassionally found in various parts of Central Texas, and three specimens come from as far west as the Pecos River in Val Verde County, one from near Borger in the Panhandle. / Gift of J. E. Pearce, Chairman of Department of Anthropology, University of Texas."
