Funeral urn, half size, found at Camp McDowell, Arizona, four feet below the surface level. It contained calcined human bones, chiefly fragments of crania and femurs. It was about one-third filled with these.
Collectted by Assistant Surgeon J. B. Girard in 1873. THe original is in the Smothsonian. No. 659 Sect. VI, A.M.M
Contributed to the Peabody Museum by Dr. G. A. Otis, Curator A.M. Museum
