This Indian Chief, Phizí, first in Command under Sitting Bull, ordered the Massacre of every individual of Gen. Custer U.S.A. He is dressed, on the War Path and his shoulders are covered of scalps of men and women massacred by himself. After a desperate fight with the 5th & 11th Infantry, and 7th cavalry he was captured by Col. Ilges."
