Object Description Pahlikmana Katsina (Butterfly Katsina) carved from cottonwood root painted with natural pigments, wearing a traditional embroidered white manta as a cape, the body is painted with yellow and black stripes, the face is painted white, with blue and black eyes, and the rainbow arc, red, and rain, white, green, red, white, blue, yellow also on the face. The Pahlikmana is wearing a tablita (headdress) with symbols os cloud and rain painted in red, white, yellow, black, and blue. The Pahlikmana is wearing a traditional embroidered white kilt painted black.
