Object Description Sioux horn spoon. Curved handle, wider at end. Handle wrapped with red, yellow and white quills. (4) quilled leather tasseles hang off top of handle. Tinklers and hair at end. (1) tassle looped at top. Quilled pieces of lealther attached to (2) sides of bowl. Partially translucent; Color Tan to dark brown; Small hole at base tip. Old Acc. # 24833 and new Acc. # and Cat.# are writtten in black ink on the underside of spoon.
