Object Description
Small horn-spoon: Opaque; Color-Dark Brown; Fairly stable; Scoop is small; Inside of scoop shows crackling; Underneath is scratched; "86989" is written in red ink near handle base; Edges are shaped and smooth; Handle is covered with red quills which extends to (2) leather thongs with red, blue, yellow quills-attached at end are (2) metal tinklers with red feathers. Total of (12) metal tinklers with red feathers; Attached to leather qulled thongs is another quilled thong with same colors.
