Object Description
Bolo tie from 1970s-1980s. Round bolo slider of silver overlay with scalloped edge depicting Sun Face with feather motif radiating from the face. Reverse has hallmark of bear paw stamped at top and bottom of piece (the stamp of Riley Polequaptewa), plus a sunface stamp (the shopmark for the Hopi Silvercraft Guild), and "STERLING" stamped as well. Braided black leather cord with silver tips.
6 cm diameter, 1 cm deep; cord 104 cm total length.
