Object Description
Written on board: "Jar accompanying burial #6 at depth of 29". Has unusual design for E. Texas pottery resembling stepped or terraced designs of New Mexico, or angular form of interlocking scroll. Incised, and shows skillful workmanship. Featherweight ware. Height 4", diameter (top) 6 1/2" / Height 4", diameter (top) 6 1/2". / Gift of J. E. Pearce, Chairman of Department of Anthropogy, University of Texas."
