Object Description
Wrapped twined oval basket of dyed grass and cedar bark with scalloped rim and "false embroidery" decorations. Primary design on each side of basket consists of a dark brown canoe with two whalers against natural light brown background. Dark brown bird with red beak at each end of basket. One end also has red star. Two bands of undecorated cedar bark above and below primary designs. Olive green band at top and bottom of basket.
