Object Description
Wrapped twined oval basket of dyed grass and cedar bark with scalloped rim and "false embroidery" decorations. Primary design on each side of basket consists of a dark brown canoe with two whalers against natural light brown background. Dark brown birds at each end of basket, one with a red beak. Each end also has red star. Two bands of undecorated cedar bark above and below primary designs. Green band at top and bottom of basket.
