Object Description Mortar, pepperidge log burned out; ga-ni-gah-tak. For crushing hulled corn for corn bread and for hulling and breaking hominy. To illustrate preparation of corn food among Seneca Indians of Cattarangus Reservation, New York. Letter from M. Raymond Harrington to F. W.
