Object Description Textile portion of fine brown and white warp float weave. Wave bands outline diamonds containing pairs of ray heads. Design is dark brown against a ground of white supporting warps alternating with brown warps. Supporting warps woven in 1-1 plainweave on the surface, floating on the back when not needed. No selvages. Cotton, z-2s, 14 epcm.
