Object Description
Textile fragment of fine 1-1 plainweave white cotton. Design: contiguous stepped right angles, arranged in diagonal rows of color--yellow, gold, magenta, maroon camelid (all z-2s), woven with discontinuous supplementary wefts in two span floats forming a small bird's eye twill pattern. One weft selvage. Warp: white cotton, (s), 28 epcm. Weft: white cotton, (s), 22 epcm.
