Object Description Textile fragment; 2 sections on same darkbrown camelid warp (s-2z, 10-11 epcm.); weft float weave; interlock tapestry; scaffolding(?). One section (12.5x6.3cm.): tapestry w/alternate wefts interlocking around common warp. One design area: 8-point star, red camelid (z-2s, 32 epcm.) on gold camelid ground (z-2s, 36epcm.); olive green camelid rectangle (z-2s, 30 epcm.) set in center of each star; on either side, stripes & blocks in red, green, gold; 2nd section (9x5.7 cm.)in plus shape; wefts interlock around commong warp at join. Warp ends finished--possible scaffolding used. Ends in weft-faced
