Object Description
Tunic of warp-faced plainweave; upper part dark brown camelid, lower tan camelid. Warps joined along stepped-block line, over scaffolding wefts, heavier than the regular ones. Two widths seamed together with saddler's stitch; neck opening bound in decorative saddler's stitch and loop stitch in dark brown and gold. Warp: camelid, (z-2s), 21 epcm. Weft: camelid, (z-2s), 6 epcm.
