Object Description Short shirt - warp faced plain weave; embroidered bands and needle knitted neck finish with long warp fringe; geometric design; brown wool with rose-red, blue, yellow, tan and cream: Tunic; warp-faced plainweave dark brown camelid. Warp ends extend at bottom as plied fringe (22 cm., length). Two cloth widths joined together, center and side seams covered with (3-4 cm.) of slit tapestry on multiple warps in a design of diamonds in magenta, light blue, tan, white camelid. Same design worked across lower edge in cross-knit looping. Neck and arm holes edges covered with cross-knit looping, in bars of same colors. Four selvages. Warp: dark brown camelid, (z-2s), 16 epcm. Weft: dark brown camelid, (z-2s), 8 epcm.
