Object Description
Tunic: 2 panels of 1-1 plainweave fine tan cotton, sewn together, leaving neck opening in center seam; sides sewn closed up to arm holes. Across chest, back: 4 pairs of opposed heads w/3-pronged headdresses: dark brown, magenta camelid extra wefts. Lower: border, front, back: row of felines, birds, enclosed in wave band frame; supplementary wefts: dark brown, accents in pink, yellow camelid. Lower edge: short uncut warps as fringe. 4 selvages. Warp, weft: (z-2s), 13 epcm. Arm opening mended at shoulder fold, frayed edge rolled inward, secured with coarse whipstitch.
