Object Description
Tunic; dark brown plainweave cotton decorated w/4 large felinesw/arched tails; felines: yellow w/red spots done w/extra weft-float of camelid (z-2s) in 9-span floats, alternating alignment. Across shoulders, along hem: bands of complementary weft-float weave w/diagonal design of birds, zigzags in red, yellow camelid. Two cloths seamed together lengthwise, leaving neck, arm openings. Four selvages. Warp: brown cotton, (z-2s), 18 epcm. Weft: brown cotton, (z-2s), 11 epcm.
