Object Description
Pictorial/sand painting figures rug. Tan background with four moon-face figures. Lower half of each face half beige and half blue-gray, with extensions at sides as "ears"; upper half of face white with dark gray-blue lines for eyes and brown hair; Whole face is outlined in dark blue-gray. Above and below each face is an attached lavender rectangle and broad white and salmon bands. Across center of rug, dividing the upper from lower pair of faces, a geometric figure of two beige rectangles stepped at inner side and with white comb forms at outer edge, outlined and embellished in dark gray-blue, and joined to gray-blue square at the center of rug; four short bars of salmon and white stripes separate each pair of faces.
