Object Description
Pictorial rug, gray background with black eagle in center of space, with white head in profile, black eye, wings outspread, and white tips to tail feathers, and with a gold cross beside each wing; below two American flags (18 stars and 10 stripes) on brown flag staffs, crossed. Gold meander line accenting white border surrounds these figures, and narrow black border around all four edges. Embroidered in blue yarn above the eagle "Mid Night Water" (with an "e" in mid and night both dotted); above that something else, numbers or figures, embroidered very lightly. Accent marks embroidered in gold at top of each cross. Looped fringe sewn on all around edges in 7-8 cm units of red, then white, then blue.
