Object Description
Panel; three bands of yellow stepped frets woven in slit tapestry on red ground. Small blue and green stepped angles used as fillers. Between fret bands are bands of yellow strips (0.6 cm., width) with slip between. Along bottom edge, identical strips hang free. At top warp ends are woven diagonally back into the piece; tabs appear to be cut. Two weft selvages. Warp: brown cotton, (z-2s), 6 epcm. Weft: camelid, (z-2s), 40 epcm.
