Object Description
Hat; supplementary weft-patterned cloth, surface covered with yellow camelid supplementary weft (2s-plied). Ground weave is 2-1 plainweave white cotton. Warp ends stitched together, forming tube. Tube lined with 2-1 plainweave white cotton, and two straps attached to sides at one end. Multiple fringes of magenta, gold, yellow camelid are stitched (recently) to the top, center, bottom of tube. Warp: white cotton, (s-pairs), 10 ppcm. Weft: white cotton, (s), 5 epcm.
