Object Description
Loincloth of tan cotton plainweave (s). Across top, three rows of profile birds with animals in their mouths, worked in magenta, yellow, white camelid (2s-plied) supplementary wefts. Across bottom and ends of ties, rows of felines flanked by wave bands, worked in same technique and yarns. Separately woven yellow camelid weft fringes attached to bottom edges. Long strip of tan cotton plainweave with supplementary weft patterning folded in half and stitched across top, extending at sides as ties. Four selvages.
