Object Description Loincloth: 3 separate webs. Top: arch-shaped piece of 3-color comp. weft floatweave w/small diamond pattern: yell. mag., lavender camelid (z-2s). Each side at bottom: tapestry tab-like face surrounded by yellow fringe: magenta w/yellow "x" across; slit tapestry. This stitched onto brown cotton plainweave (warp: z-2s, 16 epcm; weft: z-2s, 10 epcm.) which forms functional part of loincloth. Main cloth: plainweave, brown cotton. At top: 43 cm. long interlocking warp/weft with stepped horiz. zig-zag bands of brown and tan cotton (warp: z-2s, 20 epcm.; weft, z-2s, 14 epcm.) used as waist ties...
