Object Description
One woven large breech clout with red and yellow designs on both sides: Textile portion of warp-faced plainweave white cotton with broad weft pattern bands at each end. At one end a band (12 cm., width) of weft-faced plainweave red camelid weft on multiple warps; above this a section (15 cm., width) with repeat pattern of llamas with smaller llamas on their backs, woven in supplementary weft floats of red, gold, green camelid, and dark brown cotton (all z-2s). Warp: (z-2s), 36 epcm. Weft: (z-2s), 8 epcm.
