Object Description One woven breech clout with a wide red stripe on one end: Textile portion of warp-faced plainweave white cotton. Across one end a wide border of red camelid, weft-faced plainweave on triple warps. Middle of border, narrow band of weft-float weave in black, green, gold camelid, along selvages thick cotton cords attached, 4 single, one doubled, near each corner. At other end, border repeated, but only (1 cm., width), a double cord attached at each corner. Function unknown. Warp: white cotton, (z-2s), 36 epcm. Weft: white cotton, (z-2s), 9 epcm.
