Descriptions
Object Description Sash of white cotton plainweave (warp: s; weft: z). At intervals are bands of weft floatweave depicting diagonal rows of birds and waves in bright camelid yarns: magenta, green, yellow, black. Complementary wefts are discontinuous. At the ends are huge tassels with multiple layers of white cotton and brown camelid (2s-plied).
