Object Description
Twenty-three paired or tripled canes wrapped with brown, white, blue, tan, and orange cotton yarns, and yellow and red camelid yarns in diamond or band patterns. The group of canes are wrapped in two pieces of cloth; outer cloth folded (25 cm., width), composed of at least four different cloths, each (21 cm., width, complete loom), seamed along side selvages. Composite cloths: alternately cotton warp-striped 1-1 plainweave and 1-1 plainweave; yarns very finely spun. Torn at warp end, other end not visible. Second cloth: folded, inside; warp stripes with warp float patterning.
