Object Description
Border; across center, spaced row of squares with felines in brown. Squares surrounded by profile birds and framed above and below by bands of weft-faced plainweave. Eyes and other small accents in red and yellow camelid (z-2s). Warps cut and stitched back into fabric. Slit tapestry with occasional dovetailing. Four selvages. Warp: white cotton, (z-2s), 10 epcm. Weft: white cotton, (z), (z-2s); tan camelid, (z-2s).
